Dodger's Medical Fund

In the past few months we have asked for our communities support to help cover the medical bills and care for several dogs here at the shelter that have been in need of extensive veterinary care. The support from our community has surpassed our expectations and as a result we have been able to provide top quality care to the animals who rely on us for their wellbeing. Yet there is still more work to be done.

Fortunately we have the support of our amazing community who recently responded to a call out for help by gifting the shelter and our animals with supplies to get us through these hot summer months.

Help Cover the Cost of Mimi's Medical Care!

Mimi needs your help! Sweet Mimi was signed over in the field to our Humane Officers along with another dog not long ago. When Mimi first arrived she was very frightened and it was clear that she would require medical care on two visible lumps on her underside. It was determined that the lumps are not tumors but instead two large hernias . This morning Mimi had a visit with Dr. Karen Moore, DVM and it was determined that the hernias would require extensive surgery to repair.
