The Humane Society of Ventura County 2019 Calendar is now available at the shelter's gift shop and online. The calendar is a culmination of images made by HSVC volunteers and staff over the past 12 months. The animals featured in the 13-month calendar were either adopted through the HSVC or were under our care at one time.

“We appreciate the staff and volunteers who document the animals and activities at the Shelter on a daily basis whose extraordinary work is featured in the calendar,” said Greg Cooper, Director of Community Outreach and calendar editor.

In addition to featuring some wonderful photography, each month offers a glimpse of behind the scenes at the Shelter with an explanation of some of the services provided by the HSVC. “The Humane Society of Ventura County has a rich history serving all those in need for 86 years,” said Jolene Hoffman, Shelter Director for the HSVC. “We love being able to share some of the stories with our supporters or whoever loves looking at images of dogs, cats, and other animals,” Hoffman continued.
