Success Stories - Sequoia

seqioua.adopt.jpg

Congratulations to our beautiful Sequoia (left) who was adopted yesterday! Sequoia was brought in as a stray last month and was sadly never claimed. Though very sweet she was very unsure about her new surroundings as most animals are when they first arrive at a shelter.

We featured Sequoia in last weeks Five Dollar Friday to help bring attention to her story-one we see far to often of animals being abandoned. Fortunately for Sequoia she did not have to wait long! Ted and his dog Penny came all the way from Bakersfield yesterday and fell in love.We wish them all the best of luck!

Thank you to everyone who donated last week to make Sequoia's stay as comfortable and positive an experience as possible!
