Our Santa is not making a list or checking it twice, because most of your doggies are all pretty nice. But the line to Santa’s lap can sometimes be a tail-dragger.

So to keep all of our tails wagging at this year’s Santa Paws event in Ojai on December 4th, we will put you on a list, then turn you loose and let you have some fun while you wait! The event will feature a Holiday Craft Fair where local artists will be on hand displaying their beautiful creations—a perfect opportunity to shop for those special Holiday gifts.

Although TILES FOR TAILS, our fundraising campaign for the new kennel, will not be offering tile painting this day, Firefly Ceramics is providing the materials to make ceramic paw print ornaments. For a $20 donation, Fido can leave his forever footprint in clay. A variety of shapes will be avail- able for dogs of all sizes. After he has made his mark, then you get to stamp his name or a message on the ornament.

We will deliver the ornaments to Firefly Ceramics where they will be color-glazed, fired and attached with a ribbon. When they’re ready, you can pick them up from their store in Ventura. You create a keepsake that will always remind you of your precious little pet, while your donation helps create forever homes for our precious little pals. Santa and his elves would be proud!
