The Humane Society of Ventura County is excited to announce that Sadie Vick, a dedicated kennel attendant since October 2020, has been promoted to Assistant Kennel Manager!

Here at the shelter, we love to see our compassionate team members step up to the plate and take on more responsibility. Since starting here, Sadie has shown empathy and love for every animal that passes through the shelter.

If you ask anyone here, they will say Sadie is the kindest and most generous coworker you could ask for. She is hardworking, detail-oriented, and extremely dedicated to making sure our animals receive the best care possible during their stay at the shelter. 

We are very proud of the work that Sadie does for the animals of Ventura County and we know she will continue doing great things as Assistant Kennel Manager. Congratulations, Sadie!
