Layla's Inspiring Survivor Story

By Amy King

The 5-year-old dog was on her own for several weeks until a good Samaritan found her about seven miles away from her home. She was severely emaciated when she was found with two open wounds on her body. Luckily, Layla was still wearing her collar with ID tags and the good Samaritan was able to reunite her with her owners.
