Make Your End of Year Donation Today!

If there was just one simple thing you could do to give an innocent and defenseless animal a second chance at life, wouldn't you want to do it?

As a private, non-profit organization we do not receive funding from the government or national animal welfare organizations like Humane Society of the United States or ASPCA. We depend on people who selflessly give to the animals and the programs that support them. We humbly ask our supporters to include the Humane Society of Ventura County in their contributions this giving season! You can even make a donation in honor of a loved one on your holiday shopping list and we will send them a card on your behalf acknowledging your donation.

During this giving season we hope you’ll consider a gift to helping animals in need by donating to your local, no-kill, shelter.

$5 will feed a puppy for 5 days

$10 will feed a kitten for 2 weeks

$25 will purchase the first set of shots for a dog or cat

$50 will pay to groom three dogs

$100 will spay or neuter a large dog and cat

$250 will pay for gas, electricity, and water for two days

$500 helps Humane Officers investigate cases of cruelty

$1000 pays for two months of care for the average rescue horse

Thank you so much for visiting our site.  We could not rescue, house, feed, and care for animals in need without generous contributions from animal lovers like you!
