The HSVC Cares program was created with the goal of increasing outreach efforts by supplying free pet food and low-cost pet vaccinations to communities in need. We have since expanded our efforts by offering free spay and neuter surgeries to those living in low-income communities. Our hope by offering this free service is to do our part in reducing pet overpopulation in Ventura County. This will help prevent overcrowding in shelters and allow more opportunities for animals currently in shelters to find their forever homes.

We are also offering discounted vaccines and microchipping services at the time of surgery. This offer is only valid while supplies last.
