The Humane Society of Ventura County began its first Free Spay and Neuter program for Chihuahua and Chihuahua mixes in August of 2012. To date HSVC has spayed and neutered over 1,000 Chihuahuas throughout Ventura County! This program has saved the lives of countless animals. PLEASE NOTE: FREE spay and neutering for Chihuahua and Chihuahua mixes ends Dec. 31st. Take advantage while you can!
