Congratulations Tammy on giving birth to seven healthy little pups on Friday, December 18th. We are pleased to introduce Luke, Chris, Loretta, Wynona, Kenny, Taylor, and Carrie!

Tammy arrived at the Humane Society of Ventura County on December 2nd close to full term. She had been pulled from a high kill shelter in a neighboring county by a private rescue group after being picked up as a stray. 

Tammy gave birth here at the shelter last Friday and has since received 5 star care. Our staff is prepared to make sure that Tammy and her puppies are as comfortable as possible. These young animals and their mother are provided with a private room, clean linens, nutritional food, appropriate exercise, and lots of love! We will be keeping all of our supporters updated on these sweet pups as they grow!
