Congratulations Betty on your new home with Roseannah and Max! Sweet Betty had been waiting over 7 months for her forever family to come along and during that time made many friends at the shelter who will miss her dearly.

Roseannah and Max first met Betty at a meet and greet event at Sailor and Friends Pet Supply in Ventura. Animal Ambassador Sue Saraceno, who works closely with the dogs matching them into the perfect homes, helped to facilitate the adoption both at the event and later here at the shelter. After spending time with Betty at the adoption event, Roseannah and Max came out to the shelter to do a meet and greet to see how she would get along with their other dog. This past weekend, after a successful meet and greet and yard check, Roseannah and Max came back out to make the adoption official!
