Charlie is Home for the Holidays!

charlieadopt.jpg

Charlie, an adorable 4 year old French Bulldog was surrendered to the shelter by his owners just a few days ago. As you can imagine he became popular very quickly.

Pamela was the first person to come see Charlie when he became available, she even brought in a dozen donuts with her to sweeten up the staff (thank you, they were delicious)! We know that there are a few disappointed folks out there who hoped Charlie would join their family... but we can all be happy knowing what a wonderful home Charlie has gone too!

It is estimated that nearly a quarter of all dogs who end up at shelters are pure-bred. Charlie just goes to show that you can find a wonderful dog at a shelter or rescue with a little patience-no matter what you fancy! Please remember this holiday season to Adopt-Don't-Shop and save a life!
