According to the California Department of Public Health (CDPH), the use of face coverings by everyone can help combat the spread of COVID-19 by limiting the release of infected droplets when talking, coughing, and sneezing. Public health mandates from the CDHP, Ventura County, and the city of Ojai require that individuals must wear face coverings when they are in high-risk situations. This includes when obtaining services from a veterinary clinic and when interacting in person with any member of the public.
